Marigny Opera House Monthly Jazz Series: James Singleton Small Orchestra in Concert
A vision of improvisation that expands the textural frontiers of jazz by using multi-instrumentalists, all of whom are A-list composer/player/bandleaders. With with James Singleton (bass), Mike Dillon (vibraphone, mallets, tabla, percussion), Justin Peake (drum kit), Rex Gregory (saxophones, clarinets, flutes), Brad Walker (saxophones), and Jonathan Freilich (guitars).
