Ear to the Earth 2007: ModernWorks
As part of Ear to the Earth 2007, Madeleine Shapiro, founder of the ensemble ModernWorks, will perform works for cello and natural sounds by composers Morton Subotnick, Guilermo Galindo, Matthew Burtner, Judith Shatin, Paul Rudy, and Peter Zummo. This is the fifth event of the 2007 Ear to the Earth festival, presented by Electronic Music Foundation, and takes place on Tuesday, October 16, at 8:30pm at Judson Church in New York City.
