Event

Lacy J Dalton & The Dalton Gang
Thank you for supporting our benefit concert for Equine-Assisted Healing Programs and the Let 'Em Run Foundation.

This benefit is generously co-presented by G-Squared of Gauthier Select Vineyards and River Highlands Ranch.

The Programs You Are Helping:

Highland Springs Healing, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization co-founded by Jane Rivar, is engaged in healing and transformational growth through experiential learning. This program, located at River Highlands Ranch, includes Veteran Equine Therapy, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Therapeutic Riding workshops, retreats, corporate, family and individual sessions.
Horses are a window to new worlds of understanding and a mirror to what goes on inside of us. Their very presence provides peace and grace to lives in struggle. They share their innate connection with the 90% of available information that humans miss, shedding insight and awareness on a bright new world.

Let 'Em Run is an all volunteer 501(c)(3) organization, co-founded by Recording Artist, Musician and Songwriter Lacy J. Dalton. All funds received are used to preserve, recover, provide sanctuary and homes for Virginia Range horses.
The horses of Nevada's Virginia Range, the largest free-roaming herd left in the country, does not benefit from federal protection.  They rely primarily on the work performed by a consortium of allied non-profit horse groups for their protection and the placement of horses that are removed from the range.  They are often described by the locals as "The Forgotten Herd."

The Artists Performing:

Lacy J Dalton: One of the most instantly recognizable voices in music, the woman People Magazine called "Country's Bonnie Raitt". From the first time Lacy J Dalton caught the public's ear, that soulful delivery, full of texture and grit, has been a mainstay of Country Music. When you sit to listen to a Lacy J Dalton album, you find yourself pulled in by the very power and heart of this vocalist, because she's not merely performing a ten-song set, she's bringing each and every tune to life. It's as if they were all written especially for her.
Lacy J Dalton has toured and/or recorded with everyone from her long time duet partner Willie Nelson to Merle Haggard , Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, The Oakridge Boys, Kris Kristofferson, Charlie Daniels and many more. Lacy's awards include" Best Female Artist of the Year", Bammie winner, multiple Grammy nominee, and she has garnered many other awards and accolades.

Jane Rivar: The winning combination of her soul-soothing voice and her passionate songwriting has garnished her fans of all ages. She is an inspirational singer-songwriter of global acclaim. Her music video I Am a Woman captures the beauty and depth of the feminine spirit through images of women from around the world. In 2015, Anything, her latest music video was featured as a healing moment as part of the PBS Healing Quest series.  In addition to her musical gifts, Jane has received accolades as a visual artist.
