Motown & More: A Tribute to Motown and Soul Legends
Making its first appearance in Westminster, Motown & More: A Tribute to Motown and Soul Legends performs at the Carroll Arts Center with an old school party that features the biggest hits from those legendary Motown artists--The Temptations, Supremes, Smokey Robinson, The Jacksons and more. But the onstage party doesn't stop there. More music from soul legends such as Little Anthony, Ike & Tina Turner, The Commodores, Patti LaBelle, Marvin Gaye, The Pointer Sisters, Patsy Cline...yes, Patsy Cline! Bring your dancin' shoes!
This musical journey uses a 10 piece band featuring Art Sherrod, Jr. on saxophone, with four outstanding vocalists.
Lots of Motown tributes around but Motown & More adds a little something extra. The fabulous music of yesterday with just a touch of the best music of today. Get ready...here it comes...
