JUDY MARSHAK (COMPLETE WITH UKULELE)
SHE'S BACK!
AND FOR ONE SHOW ONLY! 8pm

The amazingly talented Judy Marshak returns to the Pubaret with her ukulele and a new set of songs!

Judy has enjoyed a long and celebrated career in theatre, television, film and music. A two-time ACTRA award nominee, she was also twice nominated for a Dora Mavor Moore Award - once for her role as 'Mrs Potts' in the original Toronto stage production of "Beauty And The Beast", and again for her portrayal of 'Fleur', the 'Menopausal Mama', in Anne Marie Macdonald's "Anything That Moves".

Judy spent 4 seasons playing 'Marilla' in the beloved "Anne Of Green Gables" at the Charlottetown Festival, and the role of 'Mrs. Tottendale'in the original Toronto production of "The Drowsy Chaperone"at the Elgin Theatre in Toronto was specifically created for her and her ukulele.

Recent theatrical ventures include portraying Rosemary Clooney in the premier of Dean Regan's "Clooney Tunes" at Victoria Playhouse, and playing the coveted role of Sister Aloysius in the award winning play "Doubt" at Theatre New Brunswick. Last summer, Judy co-starred with Andrea Martin in a workshop presentation of Johnny Mercer's "Dear World".

Past musical highlights have included her highly acclaimed cabaret shows, various jazz vocal trios, numerous leads in musical theatre, and songwriting. Judy has appeared at The Old Mill as part of the Downtown Toronto Jazz Festival, and more recently in their Home Smith Lounge for the Friday Night Great Jazz Vocalists Series.

AND NOW THIS INCREDIBLE TALENT RETURNS TO THE PUBARET!

Don't miss Judy - and her ukulele - as she sings everything from jazz to pop!
