Mary Lee Kortes, with a band of stellar musicians, presents the story and songs of Beulah Rowley, a depression-era singer from the Midwest who rose to regional fame but until know has remained little known to the world at large. Through a wondrous fluke, her story and songs were discovered by this contemporary singer/songwriter who has vowed to keep them alive. And remember, just because she made it all up doesn't mean it isn't true.
