Cirkestra At Cambridge, MA.
Cirkestra started as a circus pit band and stuck together. They play old-school eastern-euro influenced oompah, tango, waltzes, and klezmer.
The Lilypad is an intimate listening room in Inman sq. Cirkestra brings the sound of the circus back to Cambridge. You'll hunker down just inches away from Peter, Jim, Niki, Grant, Lis, and I-Yun. They have a beautiful piano and now beer and wine! It's a secret hide-away in Inman sq with art on the walls. We're going to play some of our favorites from the old days as well as songs from our latest CD "The Hairless Woman". Camilla has new shirts for sale.
