Big Tree
Big Tree is an angular pop band for naturalists at heart. Good friends Kaila McIntyre-Bader, Luke Bace, Colin Fahrner, and Dan Pirello tap into organic folk, greasy blues, ambient rock and modal jazz.
Brought together by the excitement and challenge of studying jazz in college, Big Tree's musical product is hard to categorize, yet immediately appealing: infectious pop music splashed with colorful harmonies, driven by pulsing rhythms, unique time signatures, group vocals, and poetic quirky imagery.
