Gothic Double Feature
"WE *HEART* U, NOSFERATU" is a side-splitting satire on the current popular obsession with vampire lore as portrayed in movies like Twilight and True Blood. In Jack Paglen's media savvy, witty and intelligent script the pursuer literally becomes the pursued. Vlad the Impaler, also known as Count Dracula, agrees to video chat with Mary Anne Wexler, a devoted fan of vampire fiction. Mary Anne has always dreamed of meeting a vampire. Vlad has always dreamed of a world full of people just like Mary Anne.
