The Works Fall Event
Join us for a late afternoon of wine and cheese, mellow music and humor from David Berkeley, a Bay Area singer songwriter and author. He will perform selections from his latest cd, Some Kind of Cure, and read from 140 Goats and a Guitar, a collection of essays that serve as literary companions to each of the tracks on the cd. The event will be held in the lovely home of Don and Joan Wilson , which overlooks Tilden Park. Following the entertainment, you will have the chance to bid on donated goods and services from The Works community. To place a bid on one of our great auction items, please click on Online and Silent Auction
For more on David Berkeley, download Parachute, one of his most popular songs, watch his youtube video Homesick, or listen to his segment on This American Life.
