After the Canada Day holiday break we are BACK on the ATTACK in July for the month of "National Anthem"!

Come on down to one Vancouver's most legendary live music venues: The Railway Club. You TOO can get up on its hallowed stage that has featured icons such as The Tragically Hip, kd lang, Radiohead, and many more! It's an epic night, so come on by. We're upstairs above the 7-eleven on the corner of Dunsmuir and Seymour, right by the downtown Vancouver BCIT campus (Granville Station SkyTrain).
Once again, we have a monthly theme that's always lot of fun. This month's theme is "The National Anthems of July" because not only do we have Canada's birthday that started the month off (and that we still need to recognize), but our American neighbours of course have their Independence Day during this month. Meanwhile, over in France... Bastille Day! So any songs or artists in celebration of the nation(s) will work as a theme. Hip Hip HOORAY! Get it? Little inside joke there.
The show starts at 9:30, as usual, but we're also going to do a new thing called "The National Soundcheck at Nine". That'll be a three song mini set of songs at 9pm from American indie darlings The National. Professor Goulet has assigned The Naturals to work on these new tunes, so stop in early for all that fun stuff and get signed up for the list (or sign up here!).
