moira smiley & VOCO brings effervescent life to the sweet harmony, grit & stomp of American and East European folksong, original music, music of Béla Bartók with the vaudevillian wonderment of voices, cello, banjo, accordion. Expect an evening of gorgeous vocal harmony, rhythms to dance by and songs that make you cry. Openers Vardos are a stunning trio, serenading and interacting with their audiences with Transylvanian dance tunes, popular Hungarian cafe concert music and traditional and improv gypsy music. Moira is joined by cellist/vocalist, April Guthrie and singer/composer Inga Swearingen in harmony & stomp to end their Australian tour!
