Scott Alexander
Minnesota native, Scott Alexander, returns to the Twin Cities. A classically trained bassoonist with a degree in ethnomusicology, Scott performs a sort of "non-repetitive pop", where each song continually develops without a verse-chorus structure. Nevertheless, his demeanor is playful and his sound is catchy, reminiscent of artists such as Jonathan Richman, David Byrne, Tom Waits, The Violent Femmes, and Magnetic Fields. http://www.ScottAlexanderMusic.com
