Michael Orenstein Quartet
Hailing from Berkeley, jazz pianist Michael Orenstein, is back in town to treat you to some amazing Jazz. Currently studying with Robin Eubanks, Billy Hart, and Eddie Henderson, Orenstein has won numerous composition and performance awards from downbeat, ASCAP, youngarts, and the Monterey Next Generation Jazz Festival. He has played with Christian Mcbride, Jamey Haddad, Billy Drewes, and many others and was accepted into the Banff International Workshop for Jazz and Creative Music where he will be studying with Vijay Iyer, Mark Turner, etc.
