A one act musical comedy loosely based on West Side Story, about rival gangs of lesbian separatists from the 1970's. Hilarity ensues as gender politics, star crossed lovers, gay icons and long-held secrets are revealed. A mash up of West Side Story and Broadway show tunes, parodied shamelessly.
Margery Kreitman opens with "Payday in Pukalani," a comedic solo performance about long-term romantic partners facing an impending natural disaster while on vacation.
