Prologue's world-premiere musical propels this season's "women in art" theme into the present with a fresh story about a young artist's desire to explore the new worlds that art opens to her.Follow the journey of a young black woman as she struggles to understand the forces behind her artistic ability. Three mysterious visitors haunt, help, and guide Kalakara as she pursues a tenuous hold on love, art, and her sanity.
