Aurora Mandolin Ensemble at the Sunnyside Conservatory
Friday May 6th 2011 at the beautiful and historic Sunnyside Conservatory: The Aurora Mandolin Ensemble. Comprising of six members of the famed Bay Area Aurora Mandolin Orchestra, they bring their mandolins, mandola, guitar, mandocello and flutes to play in the "perfect for strings" Sunnyside Conservatory. Doors open 6pm, performance starts at 7pm. There will be an intermission. $10 suggested donation. Snacks and drinks included. At the Sunnyside Conservatory 236 Monterey Blvd. San Francisco between Baden & Congo. 1/2 mile from Glen Park BART. Buses 23, 36, 43. All proceeds of the music series goes to bringing free community events throughout the year at the Sunnyside Conservatory.
