Remember all the Kat look-alikes in âBruise Violet?â How about all those slick choreographed dance moves in the 80s? Did every musician back then really sport a mullet, skintight pants and football shoulder pads? Revisit those years of questionable fashion with The Basement Tapes, Minnesota Music Videos from the 80s and 90s, Tuesday nights this spring and summer in the Bryant Lake Bowl Theater!
The Basement Tapes is a limited run, weekly series of nostalgic videos from the First Avenue Video Archives. The series will include brief live performances by DEMO bands of the present, followed with Trivia Contests, and Q & A sessions with some of the artists featured in the Basement Tapes.
