Sommelier Summer School
If you are curious about what a sommelier does, this is the summer school for you. During this five session intensive seminar with Foreign Cinema's sommelier Zach Pace, you will learn how to taste and describe wine; pair wine wine with food; build a wine list; to determine quality and price, and more. This is a great class for wine fans with basic knowledge of the noble varietals (chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, pinot noir, and cabernet) and are eager to learn more. Extra: the class culminates in an exam (egads!) but we will soften the blow with a couple of amazing opportunities for participants.
