Calling all midgets, clowns, freaks, two headed girls, bearded women and all of the likes. ROC in conjunction with BANGARANG will throw it's first annual COSTUME theme party CARNIVAL, Saturday April 30th! Located in the heart of Philadelphia, this Indoor/Outdoor space will be transformed for an amazing experience for all of our friends and family. With 3 rooms of sound, lights & vibe, there will be 3 different types of music i...n each room for your pleasure! The outdoor space will be transformed into a carnival, with all of your favorite games and performances that you loved throughout the years!
