CIMMFest 2011: Rock 'n' Roll of Corse!

This Cannes official selection tells the story of Corsican guitarist Henri Padovani, who for a few months in 1977 was a member of the Police, appearing on the band's first single but soon losing his spot to Andy Summers. Toiling in relative obscurity in England and France, he recorded music with bands and solo, worked as a record label executive, and composed film scores before being thrust back into the limelight on the 2007 Police Reunion Tour, when he rejoined the band that had fired him 30 years before.
