Thanks for your purchase of tickets to the FMO Farm to Table Dinner. FMO is a 501c3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to operate a vibrant farmers market that contributes to the success of local food growers and producers, strengthens the local food economy and serves as a community gathering place for the Ozarks region.


Événement

FMO Summer Farm to Table Dinner
The Annual FMO Summer Farm to Table Dinner will be held at Dave and Sharon Ballou's farm outside of Ozark, MO on Saturday, June 20th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.  The Ballou's operate New Horizon Farm, which produces hydroponic watercress and lettuces and hanging baskets.  The event includes a tour of the farm's cattle operation, llamas and hydroponic greenhouses.  Special entertainment includes the sweet sounds from Mark Bilyeu and Cindy Woolf.

The four-course menu is an opportunity for families and friends to celebrate in the summer harvest from FMO vendors.  Each course is carefully created using the finest ingredients grown and raised in the Ozarks.

Course 1: Vichyssoise Soup from Chef Matt Hales at the Hilton Garden Inn
Course 2: Summer Market Salad from New Horizon Farm
Course 3: Wood-fired oven pizzas from Firelight Pizza Company
Course 4: Dessert: Ronda's Peach and Cherry Fried Pies with Benissimo Vanilla Bean Gelato

Local beer from Mother's Brewery will accompany each course and wine sampling will be available.
