Immigrants in America Series - Immigrants in Boston
The 2011 Civic Discourse series, "Immigrants in America," continues with a panel discussion entitled "Immigrants in Boston". Moderated by Tufts University's James Jennings, guest panelists include Alix Cantave, William Trotter Institute for the Study of Black Culture; Marcela Garcia, El Paneta; Patricia Montes, Centro Presente; and both Elaine Ng and Giles Li of Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center.
Funding for the Civic Discourse Initiative has been provided by the Daniel and Joanna S. Rose Programming Fund at the Boston Athenaeum and by Suffolk University's College of Arts and Sciences.
