Malayaka House
Robert Fleming reached a crossroads in his life when he rescued a newborn child from a garbage can in Entebbe, Uganda. This child gave him a new purpose and changed the course of his life, as well as the lives of many other children. He named the newborn Malayaka, which translates as "Angel".
As he drove to his hotel room with this newborn baby
in his lap, he made the choice many of us could not
he gave up his life in America to remain in Uganda and raise this child, this angel.
More children were brought to him, more angels for him to care for. He started an orphanage to house these children and named it after the girl whose birth started it all Malayaka House.
