"Who Framed Roger Rabbit?"
Join us on Saturday, May 30 at 7 pm as we bring you Robert Zemeckis' 1988 classic, Oscar winning live action/animation film "Who Framed Roger Rabbit", starring Bob Hoskins as gumshoe Eddie Valiant. Joining us for a Q&A following the film will be one of the screenwriters of this film, Peter Seaman!
Toon star Roger Rabbit is worried that his wife Jessica (featuring the voice of Kathleen Turner) is playing pattycake with someone else, so the studio hires detective Eddie Valiant to snoop on her. But the stakes are quickly raised when Marvin Acme is found dead and Roger is the prime suspect.
Winner of 3 Academy Awards, Zemeckis' film features groundbreaking interaction between the live and animated characters, and an absolute TON of references to classic animation.
Tickets are $7.00 general admission and available online, at Seastrand (919 Linden Ave., by cash or check only) and at the theater box office prior to the show. Showtime is 7 pm and this film has a run time of 104 minutes (Rated PG).
