Bistro Supper Club 
Join us for a gourmet "theme" dinner prepared each month by Dr. Jane Liedtke in our bistro kitchen. Dinner will include appetizer while you meet other dinner guests, a starter, main course served family-style at our pub tables, and dessert with coffee/tea. BYOB.
  Spice Up Your Spring - Jane's award-winning crab-stuffed baked wontons.* Sichuan Starters (savory cucumber sticks, sweet radish salad, Sichuan marinated cabbage). Sichuan noodles with Kung Pao** "surf and turf" (scallops and beef) and Gan Bian Si Qi Dou (stir-fried green beans with chili-onion-garlic-pork topping). Ginger-spiced Chinese-style fruit salad.
  Live musical entertainment during dinner by local jazz-blues guitarist/singer, Phil Clement.
