Hi Bret,
I was wondering if I could please get a refund for my 1 ticket to this event? I thought that I could get a refund as long as tickets were still being sold because of the sentence on the order form: "If you must cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of the purchase or until sales for the event have ended. After that time, refunds will no longer be available." It looks like tickets are still on sale. Could you please advise? Thank you.
