Guava Rugelach Lounge: JewJamm
Taking jewish music to the next level, JewJamm, featuring Reuben Hoch of the Chassidic Jazz Project, is an organ trio consisting of Hammond B3, guitar and drums. The group plays Jewish music in a Jam Band format drawing influences from; Medeski, Martin & Wood, Robert Walters, Stanton Moore, Keller Williams and Galactica. JewJamm is all about the groove. Material is a mix of liturgical, Carlebach and Israeli folk. The musical material is carefully selected to fit the genre. Tickets are $10 and $6 for Students, Seniors and Artists.
