Brazilian Serenade
Cahen and Frota use the evocative folk music of Brazil to craft an amazing evening of jazz-inflected music. Their pieces are decorated with the birdsongs of the Amazon and hand percussion via an extensive array of wood shakers, whistles, and percussion.
Brazilian Serenade performed for Studio 99's opening celebration in 2008. We are thrilled to have this talented duo back with us!
