Vocal Revolution will present "Game of Tones," a musical journey through the game shows we all love. Vocal Revolution is an a cappella chorus which performs barbershop and other styles of harmony. They've been judged the best barbershop chorus in the Northeast for four straight years! They've also been recently featured on WGBH's "Sing that Thing," and will perform the national anthem at a Red Sox game in July. Other groups performing are current Northeastern District Champion Quartet, Timepiece, last years District Champion Quartet, Downtown Crossing, as well as Pickup Stix.
The show will offer a varied repertoire, featuring many new performance pieces. Audience members will have an opportunity to enter a drawing for one of the contestant spots to participate in the games. This adds an unusual and unpredictable dimension; nobody knows in what direction the show will go! So come and bring your friends to an evening of music and fun!
Vocal Revolution is a nonprofit 501(c )(3) organization and proceeds will go toward replacement of the chorus' risers.
