Too often, Project Managers are viewed (and view themselves) as administrators rather than leaders and significantly diminish the value that they can provide to the organization. By changing this perception Project Managers can deliver more value, build stronger teams, and create a more fulfilling workplace.
In this talk, Clay Springer will walk you through the key attributes of a Project Leader and offer some tips on how you can take charge and change this dynamic in your organization.

A PMP for over 10 years, Clay also holds degrees in Social Sciences and in Public Policy and Implementation. He is speaks regularly on Project Management and is certified as a Senior Mediator. While living abroad for several years, Clay has a home in Kailua where he raised his two children.
