In Natural Born Heroes, Christopher McDougall, author of Born to Run, travels to Crete to investigate the incredible athletic accomplishments of World War II resistance fighters, detailing the history, physiology and determination of those who performed seemingly super-human feats of athleticism.
This event will be proceeded by an optional FUN RUN with Christopher McDougall at 3 p.m., demonstrating techniques, tips and giving runners the benefit of his experience and research from running all over the world. Only ticket holders are eligible to run. Spaces are limited.
