'Songs for Mother's Day' Album Release
Song's for Mother's Day, Joanna Drummond's sophomore album, was created as a gift for mothers. It is a collection of 11 songs written by Joanna Drummond about the lived experience of being a mother. Each woman's story is unique, whether it's the things they quietly desire, the daily pressures, or the many joys, yet the shared experience of raising children brings women together in a special way.
A true celebration of motherhood, Songs for Mother's Day brings together the vocal collaboration of five featured artists who are all mothers themselves. On April 18th we will be performing the full album live. Come and listen, and bring your mother, or a mother in your life that is important to you to share in this afternoon of music. Chat over tea and pastry afterwards. And get a free copy of Songs for Mother's Day with each purchase of a general admission ticket.
