Social Purpose Corp., Nonprofit or For-Profit Corp - Which one is best for my situation?
This training will help you understand the difference between a social purpose corporation, a nonprofit, and for-profit corporation. It will also help you determine which type of corporation is best for you or your client. The Social Purpose Corporation is a relatively new type of Washington legal structure and we will discuss the current state of the law and the history of social purpose corporations. We will cover the benefits, restrictions and strategic reasons why an organization would choose one of these forms over the other.
