With their mix of folk, roots, blues, country and gospel, this big voiced, good-time gal band catches hold of you...and won't let go! Their recently released sophmore album, Bless My Sole, is a delicious, rootsy, bluesy stew delivered with a dash of hot sauce. Nancy Josephson, Kathleen Weber and Aly Page are Queens of the Harmonies with a super backup band of Nate Grower (David Bromberg Quartet) on fiddle, Christie Lenee on guitar, Mark Moss drums, and Bob Taylor on bass. //
Opener Andrea Ramolo is a Canadian singer-songwriter-road-warrior who has been called the antidote to too much Joni Mitchell, a tougher Dolly Parton, a sexier Janis Joplin, and has even been compared to Canada's own Serena Ryder. Her tunes are direct, to the point, funny, sexy, and vulnerable all at the same time.
