John McEuen
John McEuen, a founding member of The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, is a master of banjo, fiddle, guitar, mandolin, lap steel, and piano, leading reviewers to call him "The String Wizard." He is also a delightful reconteur with a lifetime of stories to share. Still touring with the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, (44 years now!) John also keeps up an equally active solo concert schedule. As a solo artist he has performed or recorded with such artists as David Amram, Steve Martin, Jose Feliciano, Tom Chapin, Pete Seeger, Leon Russell, Phish, John Denver, Willie Nelson, Crystal Gayle, Hans Olson, and Earl Scruggs.
