LAVC Holiday Concert
The Valley Symphony Orchestra and the Choral Department of Los Angeles Valley College join forces for this very special concert. To honor the 200th anniversary of the birth of the great romantic composer, Frederic Chopin, pianist Pamela Palmer Jones joins the orchestra in the composer's beloved and luscious Piano Concerto No.2 in f-minor. The choirs of LAVC team up with the orchestra for Craig Courtney's infectiously humorous A Musicological Journey Through the Twelve Days of Christmas. In addition, the choirs will offer up some of the most tempting holiday musical treats to delight your ears. And on top of all this, there will be an audience sing-a-long. You won't want to miss this great, fun holiday tradition!
