THE FEED World Premier
Fist In Post Films presents: "THE FEED" for the first time ever! Sunday, October 31st (HALLOWEEN - Costumes are strongly encouraged!) at the Campus Theatre. This will be the world premier of our feature length film. The doors will open at 6:30 p.m. The movie startles... I mean starts at 7:00 p.m.
Storyline:
The wildly popular TV reality series, Ghost Chasers, is hitting its 4th year on the air; to commemorate this milestone, the members of the Ghost Chasers team have decided to broadcast their anniversary show out to the world live... no matter what.
This film has not yet been rated by the MPAA, but is at about a "PG-13 level" for some strong language some violent/adult subject matter. This is not a "blood-and-guts-slasher". This is a spooky, fun thriller."
About the film:
"THE FEED" was created and directed by Steve Gibson and was originally intended to be a music video. However, as the discussions grew, so did the story. It was soon decided that this would need to be a feature length film... and it was on.
Using mostly local Lewisburg area talent and facilities, "THE FEED" is truly a grass-roots community project and a collaborative labor of love. With the help of co-writers Jon Nunan and Matt Edens the script was completed. Thanks to a wildly successful fundraising drive (and more than a few critical contributors) and with the help of Producer Sarah Nochenson the cast was in place and filming began in late June of 2010. On the set Bonnie & Jeff Haldowicz assisted with sound, Rachel Dwyer was the head PA and everyone else jumped in when needed, and the filming went off with few hitches. Once the filming was complete, Steve called on the editing skills of Bucknell alum, Ben Watts and an old friend from Frederick, MD, Shelton Breeden, to assist with sound and music... and it all fell into place.
"THE FEED" stars: Chip Facka, Seth Drick, Brianna Healey, Sam Nelsen, Jody Horn, Robert (Bob) Frangione and Scott Stieler... not to mention slew of cameos from Lewisburg locals and a few not-so-local surprises.
And now... here it is! It's finally time to show the fruits of our labors. And what better place to premier the film than the very place that made it possible: The Campus Theatre right here in Lewisburg, PA! And what better night to premier it than on Sunday, October 31st... HALLOWEEN! (Costumes are strongly encouraged!) Tickets are $9.01 here on brownpapertickets.com (with a $.99 service charge) or $10.00 at the Campus Theatre box office. It should be quite an event and if you live in, or have ever been to Lewisburg, you will probably know SOMEONE in this film.
