Handel's "Israel in Egypt" (Festival Chorus of Music on the Hill)
Join us as the Festival Chorus presents Handel's "Israel in Egypt"! The Chorus will be joined by the Special Projects Choir of the Unitarian Church in Westport for this collaborative performance.
This presentation of Handel's magnificent oratorio will feature an orchestra of period instruments and professional soloists. Guest conductor Ed Thompson will lead the combined ensemble.
Through the generosity of an anonymous donor, this concert will be presented free of charge.
Handel's "Israel in Egypt" will be held on Saturday, October 24 at 8:00 p.m. at Norwalk Concert Hall, 125 East Ave, Norwalk. Free tickets will be available online in advance, as well as at the door.
