"Harvest Moonlight"
Opening the exciting 15th Anniversary Season of BALLET IN THE CITY with "Harvest Moonlight," Bellevue's own professional chamber ballet company presents our annual concert of autumn love by Northwest choreographers. Harvest Moonlight 2010 spans Lake Washington
(2 performances) with a repertoire of contemporary ballet and modern dance by Jennifer Porter (Resident Choreographer) and Angela Sterling plus Katy Hagelin and Victoria McConnell of Katy Hagelin Dance Project. Porter's pas de deux, "Addicted," is performed to original music by Kevin Harkins with dancers Christina Stockdale and Scott Bartell. Getting into the spirit of fall is guaranteed for all Schubert lovers with Angela Sterling's "Trio." World premieres by both Porter and Hagelin. Costumes by Tina Evans. Seattle performance Friday October 8th at 7:30 PM at Washington Hall, Bellevue performance on Tuesday October 12th at 7:30 PM at The Theatre at Meydenbauer Center.
