A group has formed in the Pioneer Valley to work together on the exercises and principles of Spacial Dynamics at the beginning level. We will meet one Saturday per month from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm (including a lunch break) with Level 1 associate instructor Hunter Toran. No prior experience is necessary. All are welcome. Cost: $35 per session.
Spacial Dynamics, developed over 25 years ago by master athlete Jaimen McMillan, gives a person the experience of the healthy, harmonious continuum between the body and surrounding space. Come and learn how to use hands-on techniques and graceful, slow motion movements to recreate dynamics that reconnect, regenerate, and reintegrate, thus replacing dis-ease with ease.
