HANDMADE PUPPET DREAMS FOR FAMILIES
Our family-friendly programming includes a mix of full length and short films, along with related activities such as workshops and guest performers all hosted by local rockers LUNCH MONEY. We are excited to deliver quality family programming that your family will not be able to experience in other Columbia-area cinemas. Care-givers must accompany children under 10.
The next Family Film Series program will be puppetry themed and will feature a screening of Heather Henson Presents: Handmade Puppet Dreams For Families.
Handmade Puppet Dreams For Families is a selection of short puppet films by independent artists exploring their hand made craft specifically for the camera. The goal is to showcase a new generation of puppeteers who will embrace film as a medium for their individual expressions. Collected are family-oriented films that focus primarily on real-time performed puppetry, with an emphasis on character.
