SINGLE-SESSION PROGRAM - Learning from Trees: Growing Up with Nature's Gifts (K-5th grades)
Join us on a crisp fall day to see spectacularly colorful leaves that blanket Wave Hill's magical grounds. Notice how trees reveal their structure and discover their various functions. Reflecting upon contemporary art inspired by nature, students gather leaves and natural objects during their exploration and to later use as symbolic forms in a collage.
