When David Ben Gurion returned from visiting a concentration camp, he recognized the threats to Israel's annihilation. The Iranians had missiles and were prepared to launch them. Time is of the essence. Against this background, Ben Gurion orders the development of an "insurance policy:" a nuclear option.
The fictional head of the Mossad and a top nuclear scientist are recruited to develop Israel's nuclear capabilities in a race against time. The mission seems impossible. But working with France and Germany, they must find a way to protect Israel against its potentially imminent destruction while facing their own moral qualms.
