Songwriters in the Round at Magnolia Studio

A Nashville-style Songwriters' Round with songwriting buddies Greg Bates, Hannah Holbrook, Eva Holbrook, and Annie Brooks taking turns sharing their songs. "Its a fun way to share new music and fans," says Hannah. Reserve your free tickets online while they last. Suggested donation: pay what you wish and (optional) bring some new school supplies.

Songs for School Supplies
Concert goers are encouraged to bring new school supplies that will be distributed to Putnam Elementary School children. A school rep says, "There is a real need for copy paper, construction paper, and glue sticks. Actually, there is also a critical need for snacks for kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade students.

HANNAH HOLBROOK is the subtle but dexterous pianist/vocalist/songwriter who makes up one quarter of the up and coming band, SHEL. She brings her classical/jazz/pop flare into every musical adventure, whether solo or with the band.

GREG BATES, a Nashville, Tennessee native, is an emerging songwriter/artist deeply rooted in traditional country music. He charms audiences with his light-hearted personality and his baffling ability to put words to inexplicable emotions.

EVA HOLBROOK is Fort Collin's own talented mandolinist, songwriter, and lead vocalist for SHEL. A gardener and nurturer at heart, Eva spends much of her time outside, working her fingers through the earth, an experience you may vicariously enjoy as you listen to her heartfelt folk/pop tunes and lively mandolin riffs.

ANNIE BROOKS from Durango, CO, was born to a family of very successful musicians and spent much of her time backstage at her parents' concerts, imagining magical worlds, napping in guitar cases, and playing with plastic dinosaurs. Catch a ride through her creative jazz/pop/folk tunes.
