Plymouth Concert II: La Guitarre Royalle
Just in time for Valentine's Day, we'll highlight the astonishingly beautiful playing of Toronto-based lutenist Lucas Harris, whose poetic approach has been called "a revelation" (Le Devoir). "La Guitarre Royalle" will feature works by Francesco Corbetta and Robert de Visée (guitar masters from the court of Louis XIV), along with chamber music by Marin Marais, Jean-Féry Rebel, and more.
