What happens when the Indonesian fertility goddess visits a cafeteria in the deep south? The goddess makes sure rice crops grow and is appeased through dance. Dewi Sri at the Picadilly is a one-woman dialogue with dance and spoken word to address the meaning of food and body image for dancers.

love and Hindu-Buddhist understandings of reincarnation to navigate the terrain between form and spirit while exploring different aesthetic and social spaces and possibilities.
