Liebestraume: A Musical Valentine to Schumann and Brahms
Romance is in the air with the Canyon Wren Concert Series' Valentine's weekend concert that once again celebrates Liebestraume, Dreams of Love. This year we focus on the works of husband and wife Robert and Clara Schumann and their close friend Johannes Brahms, who held an unrequited love for Clara. The music of these three composers is brilliant in the emotional truths it brings to life, the depth and beauty of which will touch your heart. Come join us for an unforgettable evening of gorgeous music paired with chocolates and wine. Featured winery is Ginkgo Forest Winery of Mattawa paired with fine handmade chocolate by SCHOCOLAT of Leavenworth.
