Hosted by DIANA BANG ('The Interview', Assaulted Fish) and NELSON WONG ('American Mary', Assaulted Fish).
Come witness the premiere of the six Crazy8s 2105 short films made in just eight days from February 13-20. Preceding the premiere screenings of our 2015 films we will show our latest Behind the Scenes film, sure to become a legend in its own right.

CRAZY8s GALA AFTERPARTY
Time: 9:00 pm - 2:00 am
Location: Science World, 1455 Quebec St, Vancouver, BC
ABOUT THE AFTERPARTY
This year, our legendary Afterparty returns once again to the spacious environs of Science World.
After entering on a red carpet, guests will have the opportunity to be photographed by our waiting photographers before making their way into the Gala. There they will be mesmerized by live music by Colleen Rennison and the band No Sinner, and get down to sets by DJ Static of WEFUNK Radio and DJ Emilita and be entertained by the Crazy1928s Girls dance troupe choreographed by Joel Sturrock. Also look out for the models in costume from Paintertainment.
There will also be plenty of chill-out space to socialize with both film industry veterans and up-and-comers.
As a bonus for being at Science World, partygoers will also have full access to the fascinating and fun interactive displays. It's never too late to learn about science!
Snack food will be provided by Sugar Mountain Catering, and multiple cash bars with a wide selection of drinks will be open all night. And yes, the chocolate fountain is back again this year!
This is an evening not to be missed!
ONLINE TICKET SALES
Advance tickets can be purchased online for $30 until midnight on Fri. Feb 27.
At the door show us your scanable ticket on your smart phone and/or bring your printed ticket as proof of purchase for scanning at the door. Ideally bring your printed ticket also as a backup if using your smart phone.
(Tickets at the door are $35.)
TICKET OUTLETS
Tickets are available for sale for $30 cash at the Rio Theatre, Videomatica Sales (inside Zulu Records) and Beat Street Records until 6pm on Fri, Feb 27 (see below).
From 1pm onward on Sat. Feb. 28, tickets can be purchased at our box office at The Centre (777 Homer St).
Tickets to the Gala Screening include admission to the Afterparty. (There will be no admittance to the Afterparty without a scanable ticket on your smart phone and/or screening ticket and/or hand stamp. And there will be absolutely NO TICKETS available for purchase at Science World.)
