Esn: Songs from the Kitchen.
Redolent of the delicious tastes, sounds and smells of Jewish cooking, Esn is literally a song feast - with tastings for the audience of both food and a full menu of yiddish(and some english) songs about food, food, and more food. Adrienne Cooper teams with Klezmatics composer Frank London and vocalist Lorin Sklamberg in a concert that touches all the bases - broad comedy, warm memory and Jewish tradition - all centered on Jewish food. Kitchen implement percussion, Mickey katz favorites, exquisite singing - a concert like no other.At the door tickets,space permitting, $32 for members and students and $36 for Non-members
